DESCRIPTION: The AES plans to have a stand at the Meet the Species BioBlitz weekend at Sutton Ecology Centre, Carshalton. This is a free event as part of the nationwide campaign to record as many species as possible in 24 hours. Meet Sutton's local species up close, from beetles to Barn Owls and take part in activities such as bat walks and moth-trapping. AES will be running mini-beast hunts throughout the day so be sure to stop by. AES Members wishing to help out on the stand on the day should contact: secretary@amentsoc.org
