Event description
A small display about the innovative work of the British Mosquito Control Institute on Hayling Island. The Institute was established on Hayling Island in 1925. Its founder, John Marshall, became an international expert and led a personal crusade to inform governments, local authorities and the public about the importance of control measures to reduce the risk of disease from mosquitoes.
This is a National Insect Week event.
