The meeting will consist of three plenary sessions running in the morning of each day, which make up the Symposium, followed by the following thematic sessions in the afternoons:

- Gall inducers and their communities
- Pollination
- Insect immunology
- Biodiversity and conservation
- Agriculture and forest entomology
- Insect-plant interactions
- Medical and veterinary entomology
- Dispersal, population dynamics and genetics
- Insects in disturbed/extreme environments
- Trophic interactions
The AES is not involved with the organisation of this event but will be attending.
