Congratulations to Peter Hodge

Published: 13 January 2017

Peter Hodge, a past President of the AES and current council member, is the Sussex County Recorder for Beetles and the Sussex Biodiversity Record Centre (SxBRC) has just completed a 10 year project to digitise all of Peter's field notebooks. These amazing notebooks cover some 43 years of records for Sussex and hold 43,000 records of 2,270 different species!

To celebrate Peter's amazing records and the SxBRC's feat of digitisation there was a beetle party and photographs of the event can be seen on the SxBRC Facebook page:
