SUMMARY:Recording and Collecting weekend at Gilbert White's House
LOCATION:Gilbert Whites House, High Street, Selborne, Hampshire, GU34 3JH, UK.
DESCRIPTION: The team at Gilbert White's House would like to invite anyone who is interested to come visit the meadow and gardens to record and collect the insects there. There will be some equipment available if anyone would like to borrow any for the weekend (nets, pots, microscopes). The FSC is at the top of the car park behind the Selborne Arms pub. Access to the gardens will be free, as is the parking of which there is plenty. There will be tea and coffee available. If anyone would like to camp Saturday night please let us know as we have some camping equipment available. We will be putting out moth traps Saturday night if anyone wants to bring theirs along or join us in the morning to see what's about. All records from the weekend are to go to Emily at: education@gilbertwhiteshouse.org.uk Please contact the organiser if you wish to attend including if you would like to camp.
