DESCRIPTION: This major event of the BENHS's social calendar sees members and visitors from all over the country (and overseas)come together to celebrate entomology in all its forms. AES members are welcome to join us on the day, where you will be able to view set specimens, live invertebrates, see photographs, drawings, artwork, poster displays and much more... Or why not join us in the Brockway Room at 2:00pm when new for this year, The Brad Ashby Memorial Lecture will be given by our welcomed guest; Susannah O'Riordan whose talk entitled 'Back from the Brink, Rockingham Forest Project: Chequered Skipper reintroduction' will demonstrate how with lot's of effort and determination we can try and bring back species lost from the British Landscape through initiatives like this very worthwhile conservation project.
