Pollinator Paths: Harvest Celebration Invitation

Event description

Workshops:-

  • Charles Whitehead - Winter care that supports pollinators and insects. Planting bulbs.
  • Martin Cobley - Help your plants, insects and environment. Learn about recycling food waste into a nutritient-rich, dark terrific amendment for starting seeds indoors.

Activities for families:-

  • Plastic bottle insect shelters - Help insects during winter by this amazing DIY workshop crossing over design, permaculture, waste and insect care.
  • Insect badges - Show your love to insects and make beautiful badges with Lola Gooday a permaculture artist!
  • Matching pollinators game - Guess which plants attract which species. Win a framed 'pollinator and its plant' photo took by one of project participant
  • Mapping Wandsworth pollinator path - Pin your pollinators 'stepping stones' plants to the map and let's see what we have achieved!
