DESCRIPTION: This one-day workshop is aimed at volunteer recording schemes that the Biological Records Centre (BRC) works with, both the co-ordinators of the schemes but also active recorders. The aim of the meeting is to identify priorities for future support for volunteer recording networks and to provide an opportunity for voluntary recording schemes and societies to share experiences, celebrate their successes. A series of presentations will also highlight current recording activity for a range of species groups and highlight constraints experienced by voluntary recorders and co-ordinators.
