SUMMARY:Berrycroft Farm field trip and bug hunt
LOCATION:Berrycroft Farm, Ashbury, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN6 8LX, UK.
DESCRIPTION: This is an AES and Bug Club event hosted by the Wilts & Oxon group of the AES. The event will involve examining local moths, the contents of pitfall traps set up the night before by entomologists from the Oxford University Museum and exploring a variety of interesting invertebrate habitats. Experienced and novice entomologists all welcome! Parking will be on the farmyard and an army personnel carrier will be provided to transport Bug Clubbers to the sites. Essential refreshments will be available. (A BBQ will be held afterwards if enough people bring food & a bottle!) Further details can be found in the AES Bug Club Magazine or from the AES secretary.
