Crustaceans
Crustaceans are a large group of organisms within the phylum Arthropoda. The vast majority of crustaceans are aquatic and live in either freshwater or marine ecosystems. Small crustacea and their larvae are a large constituent of plankton.
Familiar crustaceans include crabs, lobsters and shrimps. However, woodlice are also crustaceans.
One of the most familiar crustaceans is the Woodlouse, Porcellio scaber.
