Advertising rates

Advertise in our periodicals

We welcome advertisements of interest to our members within our publications. The Bulletin is published four times a year (spring, summer, autumn, winter). All our periodicals are in A5 format.

Our current advertising rates are listed below and if you wish to contact us regarding an advert please use our feedback form:

Full Page - £85.00 for each advert or £289 for adverts in every issue of the chosen publication in the same year.
Half Page - £55.00 for each advert or £220 for adverts in every issue of the chosen publication in the same year.

Current members of the AES are eligible to use our email newsletter to advertise surplus stock, equipment or wanted items.

Advertise in the Entomologist's Record and Journal of Variation

The Entomologist's Record and Journal of Variation currently has separate arrangements and costings for advertising within the journal. Details can be found on the Entomologist's Record and Journal of Variation Web site.

Adverts in our exhibition guides

We produce A5 guides for use at our annual exhibition. It is possible to sponsor the guide or exhibition itself. Please contact us for further details.

Inserts within our publications

If you would like to insert flyers in with our publications then we usually charge approximately £30 (assuming you provide the flyers). However, please contact us for specific costs as this varies on the size of the flyer and also the publications you want it to be distributed with (due to differing circulation figures).

Other opportunities to support the society

We'd love to hear from you if you represent a company or other organisation and would like to support our society and activities. Sponsorship opportunities are available, please contact us.
