Advertising rates

Advertise in our periodicals

We welcome advertisements of interest to our members within our three main publications (The Bulletin, Bug Club Magazine and Invertebrate Conservation News). The Bulletin and Bug Club Magazine are published six times a year (February, April, June, August, October and December), Invertebrate Conservation News is published three times a year (February, June, and October). All our periodicals are in A5 format.

Our advertising rates (for 2009) are listed below and if you wish to contact us regarding an advert please use our feedback form:

Full Page - £75.00 for each advert or £375 for 6 adverts in the same year.
Half Page - £50.00 for each advert or £250 for 6 adverts in the same year.
Quarter Page - £30.00 for each advert or £150 for 6 adverts in the same year.

Please note: the copy deadline is the second week of the month preceding the publication month, for example: mid May for the June issue of the Bulletin.

Current members of the AES are eligible to use our Wants and Exchange list to advertise surplus stock, equipment or wanted items.

Adverts in our exhibition guides

We produce A5 guides for use at each of our two annual exhibitions. It is possible to place adverts within these guides or sponsor the guide or exhibition itself. Please contact us for further details.

Other opportunities to support the society
