Free online event, booking required, donations welcome. Sharon Hearle will be joining us in this VMU, she is Butterfly Conservation lepidopterist working on the Shifting Sands Back from the Brink project and an expert on the moths and butterflies of Breckland, East Anglia. The Brecks, spanning much of Norfolk and Suffolk, is one of the most unusual landscapes in England; it is home to nearly 13,000 species. The Shifting Sands Back from the Brink project aims to restore a mosaic of habitats to secure a future for rare Breckland wildlife.
