Location: Online via Zoom

Event description

The Amateur Entomologists' Society and Royal Entomological Society present a talk by AES President Dr Erica McAlister.

This talk, aimed at young entomologists, particularly those 11-14 years, but open to all, will be about 'The bums, tums and other knobbly bits of Flies'.

Dr McAlister has authored two best selling books on flies, and her 'day job' is Senior Curator of Diptera and Siphonaptera at the Natural History Museum, London.

The talk will be held online using Zoom Webinar. Book online for free at: to receive the joining information.

[There is also a 'grown up' Verrall Lecture, which is an annual public event organised by the Royal Entomological Society. It is open to all and, like this talk, will be delivered this year by Dr Erica McAlister (see the for that lecture)].
