The Big Wasp Survey 2021

02 October 2021 17:00 - 18:00

Location: Online

Event description

An online talk by Professor Adam Hart about the Big Wasp Survey.

Wasps don't get a lot of love - portrayed as raiders of picnics, dangerous and pointless. In reality they are vital pollinators and pest controllers. Come along to this talk to find out more about reasons why we should try to love wasps, and how the Big Wasp Survey is finding out more about wasp populations and their role in pollination, with help from citizen scientists.
