This is one of the Royal Entomological Society's monthly entomology talks. This talk highlights the RES journal, Ecological Entomology, publishing high-quality original research research on the ecology of insects and related invertebrate taxa. The journal aim is to publish papers that are motivated by ecological or evolutionary theory and will be of considerable interest to the wide community of ecologists.

This talk highlights the RES journal, Ecological Entomology, publishing high-quality original research research on the ecology of insects and related invertebrate taxa. The journal aim is to publish papers that are motivated by ecological or evolutionary theory and will be of considerable interest to the wide community of ecologists.

The talk will be given by Professor Jane Stout. Jane is President Elect for the Royal Entomological Society, becoming President in September 2024. Jane Stout is professor in botany at Trinity College Dublin (TCD), is an internationally renowned expert on pollinator and pollination ecology, and a prominent voice for biodiversity and its value.
