Location: National Trust Waterfall Car Park, Lydford (SX 501 832), Devon, UK.
Event description
Lydford Butterfly Conservation Reserve to see Heath, Pearl-bordered and Small Pearl-bordered Fritillaries. It is intended to visit the adjacent Forestry Authority land in addition. Meet at the National Trust Waterfall Car Park, Lydford (SX 501 832), approximately 5 miles north of Tavistock. Please telephone in advance if you wish to come. Those attending should wear stout boots and clothing to cover arms and legs against tick attack. The excursion will extend into the afternoon. Bring lunch. Joint meeting with the Devon Branch of Butterfly Conservation.
