Event description

On the 4th March there will be a Hemipterists' Day at Dinton Pastures. The provisional programme includes:

  • Progress with recording Leafhoppers and Planthoppers in Britain: Alan Stewart
  • Conserving European Shieldbugs - endemics, declining species and threats: Alex Ramsay
  • The ecology of Froghoppers at Dungeness with special reference to Neophilaenus campestris: John Badmin
  • Terrestrial Heteroptera - recent changes to the British Fauna: Tristan Bantock
  • Biological Recording for Understanding Change: traits and trends: Helen Roy
  • Discussion: future events for Hemiptera recorders and feedback from participants
