Win tickets to Butterfly Jungle

This is your chance to win two pairs of free tickets to Butterfly Jungle, the exciting new exhibition at the Natural History Museum. In addition to the butterflies, the exhibition is jam-packed with exciting animals such stick insects & sun beetles, a carpet python, Vietnamese gliding frogs, Indian ornamental & Singapore blue tarantulas, day geckos, death's head cockroaches, giant millipedes and rainbow stag beetles.

We are giving away a pair of tickets in two categories:

  1. Under 12s:
    Send us a bug drawing.
  2. Over 12s, or adults:
    Send us an insect drawing for other people to colour in or an insect puzzle such as a crossword or word search etc.

The person sending us the best picture or puzzle in each category will receive a pair of tickets. Even if you don't win your submission might be featured in a future issue of the Bug Club Magazine.

Entries must arrive by 12 noon, 30th May 2009 in Great Britain. Please include your name, address, age and telephone number with your entry. Winners will be notified by phone as soon as possible after the closing date.

Each of the four tickets allow free entry for one person to the Butterfly Jungle exhibit in London before 10th July 2009. The tickets will be issued in pairs. No alternative prize is offered and the prize consists solely of two pairs of tickets to the exhibition (one pair being awarded to the winner in each category). The prize does not include any other items such as the cost of travel, subsistence or accommodation. The AES is not responsible for lost or delayed entries. No entries will be returned. The decision of the AES judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
