New AES President

The AES is pleased to announce that Dr Robin Wootton is the new President of the Amateur Entomologists' Society.

Robin is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Exeter and was voted in as President of the AES at our AGM and Members' Day. Robin's background is in paleobiology and insect wing biomechanics. He was also involved with the Bug Club when it was being run as a stand-alone entity by students at the University of Exeter.

Robin is also chairman of The Devonshire Association.
