Annual Exhibition a great success

Published: 03 October 2010

The 2010 AES Annual Exhibition and Trade Fair was a great success. The event was extremely well attended as usual with visitors and traders packing in to two floors at Kempton Park.

The AES show has always reflected a very broad range of interests from wildlife photography to phasmids and second-hand books to pet fruit beetles. This is one of the great positives of the show, it's not just a show for members of the AES but brings together all the different groups of individuals with any sort of interest in invertebrates.

As usual members of the AES and Bug Club produced a variety of fascinating exhibits. These ranged from wood boring beetles, a description of a new species, plant galls and a scientific study of Owl moths.
