The Dipterist's Handbook launched

Published: 03 December 2010

The Amateur Entomologists' Society is delighted to announce the launch of the second edition of The Dipterist's Handbook.

This Handbook provides a work of reference for everyone interested in the study of flies, both beginners and experienced dipterists. The first edition appeared in 1978, since then there have been considerable advances in knowledge of Diptera and new techniques and equipment used in their study have developed. The Handbook has been fully updated and new subjects have been added so that it has grown substantially to more than twice the size of the first edition.

The book retails for £54.30 including postage within the UK.

If you are already a member of the AES and have renewed for 2011 (or pay by standing order) then please contact us for a personalised discount code.
