Exhibition trading forms available

We are delighted to announce that applications for trading space at our exhibition are now being accepted. We have uploaded the trading forms and certificate to our website. If you have previously contacted us about trading at our exhibition then we my have also emailed the forms to you.
The forms can be downloaded from our event listing for the exhibition or directly:
- Trader letter (PDF, 777K)
- Trading certificate (PDF, 610K)
Anyone wanting to trade at the exhibition must complete and return this certificate. - Anyone applying for trading space must read and agree to the AES Trading policy and also complete the trading certificate.
The AES exhibition is arguably the largest entomological show in the UK and is split over two floors of exhibition space. The exhibition is on 6th October 2018 at Kempton Park Racecourse.
The exhibition is open to members of the public and not just members of the AES. Should you wish to join the AES then you can do so on the day but you don't have to be a member to attend.
