Exciting events planned for the first part of 2020
Published: 08 March 2020
With the weather warming up in the UK and bees buzzing around some of the early flowers it's time to turn our attention to some of our upcoming events. Our first event of the year is our AES Members' Day and AGM which will be held at the Museum of Zoology in Cambridge. The day will feature talks and our AGM.
We also have an exciting Field Cricket meeting in Sussex looking for rare orthoptera being run by AES Council member Ralph Hobbs and Mike Edwards.
June will see our annual joint meeting with the BENHS at Dinton Pastures Country Park in Berkshire. This event will involve a talk, a bug walk around the country park and an examination of the moths caught the night before.
