Fantastic Annual Exhibition

On the 22nd September 2007 the AES held its annual Annual Exhibition and Trade Fair at Kempton Park racecourse.
The event was well attended both by the public and traders, despite the event taking place a fortnight earlier than usual. Many of the familiar traders were present (for example: Watkins and Doncaster). There was also a fantastic display of exhibits from AES and Bug Club members.
The Ansorge Award and Bradford Award were both presented this year:
- Bradford Award: Awarded to Henry Berman for his hands-on exhibit of Social Wasps
- Ansorge Award: Awarded to Theo Tamblyn for his superb collection of Beetles. David May received a Highly commended for his exhibit on "Insects seen on my holiday".
The date for the 2008 show will be the 18th October 2008.
