Published: 16 June 2008
David Lonsdale and Jacqueline Ruffle attended the Wildlife Aid Open Day in Leatherhead, Surrey on June 15th, on behalf of the AES. In addition to AES and National Insect Week information, the AES table had some live insects on display including Peruvian Stick Insects and Guyanan Orange Spotted Cockroaches.
Our table was located in a marquee which contained exhibits of other animals, including bats, hedgehogs, snakes, toads and ferrets. Around 5,000 visitors were in attendance.
