AES grant scheme supports young entomologist

A young entomologist has received a travel bursary from the AES allowing him to present his work at the 9th International Conference on Dryland Development.
Mohamed Shebl Abd Elfattah from Kyushu University, Japan will present two papers at the conference:
- Managing leafcutting bees population and their efficiency on alfalfa seed production in new reclaimed area of Egypt
- The most common insect species in Alfalfa fields in Egypt
Details of the two papers can be downloaded by members of the AES from our members only area.
The AES actively supports the work of entomologists (both profesional and amateur) through our grant scheme.
