New AES local group launched in Bangor

The Amateur Entomologists' Society is pleased to announce that a new local group of the AES has been formed in Bangor; the group is called AES@B. The group is an entomological society based at Bangor University. Unlike many university societies it is open to all, within the region and beyond.

This is the first local group of the AES to be established and we hope that more will form during the coming year.

Local groups are a fantastic way to meet up with other entomologists in your area. Local groups may organise talks, field trips or other events. If you are an AES member and would like to form your own local group then please contact us.
