Ectoparasitoid
An ectoparasitoid is a parasite that lives externally on another animal and eventually kills it.
Ectoparasitoids are commonly used as biological control agents.
Shiny black Netelia vinulae ova attached to the integument of a mature Puss moth caterpillar in the second/third thoracic and third/first abdominal inter-segmental grooves.
